Advance Booking formula for bookings over a month in advance, 10% discount

A deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay will be debited when you book.

Cancellation policy: within 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival, you will be charge for the first night only. Cancellations received on the day of your scheduled arrival will be liable to be charged the entire cost of your stay.
